BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Redmond Area Park and Recreation District is governed by a publicly elected Board of Directors consisting of five individuals who live inside the district. Listed below are our Board members. These individuals give their time willingly for RAPRD and are open to your ideas and suggestions.
The mission of the district is to develop and enhance recreation facilities and opportunities for the communities we serve. In fulfilling its mission the district operates five facilities in the Redmond area.
WHAT WE DO
The district offers a variety of recreation programs. These include youth and adult sports, before and after school programs, red cross classes, art classes, swim lessons and many others. Please look though our recreation guide for all of our offerings.
RAPRD offers recreational programs for the greater Redmond, Oregon community. We serve the communities of Redmond, Terrebonne, and Tumalo.

This portion of our website is designed to assist the public in tracking the activities of the district. General Board meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7:30 AM. Board meetings can be attended in person or virtually. Board meetings are open to the public. Download the meeting packet for information on joining the board meeting.
We welcome comments and suggestions at the board meetings. In order to ensure meetings are orderly, we request you contact us a few days prior to the board meeting if you would like to be added to the agenda. We will gladly schedule time in the meeting for your comments. Comments by citizens are limited to 5 minutes. Speakers will be called in order of sign up. Our meetings are recorded. Accessibility request must be made to Administrative Services Manager, Vicki Osbon at 541-548-7275 at least 72 hours prior to any public meeting.
