FITNESS & WELLNESS
All year long, RAPRD offers a variety of classes designed to help you stay healthy, active, and fit. Each class is taught by one of our trusted instructors. If you feel like getting out of the house and getting your heart rate up, check out the link below.
ACTIVITIES
RAPRD offers a wealth of programs that any age can enjoy. From sports leagues to art classes, summer camps , and many outdoor activities, you’ll find that there’s plenty going on around town that you can enjoy. If you have an idea for a program that you would like to see offered, please contact the recreation office.
AQUATICS
RAPRD operates the Cascade Swim Center, which has a 25 meter indoor pool, a seasonal wading pool and spray pad. We offer lap swim, aqua wellness classes, recreation swims, swim lessons, youth swim team, masters swimming, and waterpolo.
If you missed the Community Open House on January 18 regarding a potential new recreation center, there is still an opportunity to share your opinion with us on potential amenities for this facility.

Dungeons and Dragons
Master Class
Come learn and enjoy the greatest roleplaying game. Create worlds, play with your friends and tell the greatest stories. This Dungeons and Dragons Master Class is for ages 18 & UP. It will be held in the Cascade Swim Center Conference Room. Saturdays, February 4th to March 25th, 1:00-4:00pm.

BEGINNER & ADVANCED KENDO FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS
Did you miss out on Kendo? You are in luck, we have added a session 2 for Beginner and Advanced. See page 8 of the activity guide. Registration deadline is 1 week prior to class start day.

Rock Art: More Than Just Images
Back by popular demand, The Archaeological Society of Central Oregon invites you to a FREE demonstration where you will explore the topic of petroglyphs and pictographs, the ancient images found on rocks. This FREE demonstration is for ages 8-100, May 2nd, 4:00-5:00pm at the Cascade Swim Center. Pre-registration is required for this event. For all of the details check page 7 in the activity guide.
Youth Lacrosse League
Youth Lacrosse League is getting ready for a great season. See page 10 of the activity guide for the details. The registration deadline is Monday, February 27th.
Smith Rock BMX Skills Clinic

FLAMENCO DANCE LESSONS
