BUDGET AND BOND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEES

HELP US NAME THE NEW COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER

The Redmond Park and Recreation District (RAPRD) is seeking volunteers to join its Budget and Bond Oversight Committees.

The Budget Committee reviews and approves RAPRD's proposed budget each year. There are two open positions, each with a three-year term ending on June 30, 2027. This committee generally meets two to four times in April and May. Click here for a budget committee application.

The purpose of the RAPRD Bond Oversight Committee is to oversee the expenditures and use of the 2022 General Obligations Bond proceeds, ensuring that they are applied to the projects specified in the Bond Measure. There is one one-year position available, ending December 31, 2025 and three two-year positions available, ending December 31, 2026. This committee meets every two months. Click here for a bond oversight committee application.

Qualified applicants must reside within RAPRD boundaries. Applications are also available for pickup at the Cascade Swim Center, located at 465 SW Rimrock Way.

Applications for these volunteer committees are being accepted.

Construction has started on the new Community Recreation Center and now we need to decide on a name. Names can be based on a location, significant local event, person or place.
