FITNESS & WELLNESS

All year long, RAPRD offers a variety of classes designed to help you stay healthy, active, and fit. Each class is taught by one of our trusted instructors. If you feel like getting out of the house and getting your heart rate up, check out the link below.

ACTIVITIES

RAPRD offers a wealth of programs that any age can enjoy. From sports leagues to art classes, summer camps , and many outdoor activities, you’ll find that there’s plenty going on around town that you can enjoy. If you have an idea for a program that you would like to see offered, please contact the recreation office.

AQUATICS

RAPRD operates the Cascade Swim Center, which has a 25 meter indoor pool, a seasonal wading pool and spray pad.  We offer lap swim, aqua wellness classes, recreation swims, swim lessons, youth swim team, masters swimming, and waterpolo.

18th Annual Redmond Water Polo Jamboree

August 25th-27th at the Cascade Swim Center

The largest event of its kind in the State of Oregon. Redmond's Water Polo Jamboree is a ruckus, fast paced water polo event drawing in clubs from around the state for three days of non-stop water polo fun.

Power Combo

Beginning May 23rd

Power up your fitness game with Power Combo! This class features cardio, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and strength and conditioning that will challenge and tone your muscles. Core work is also added for a fitness experience that is not to be missed. Heart rates will be high and energy even higher! This class is modifiable for all fitness and ability levels. Class begins May 23rd,

RPA Summer Theatre Camp

Middle Schoolers will engage with ensemble work, improv, and character study to develop an understanding of acting. Students will play games and perform scenes to learn about emoting, character relationships and the importance of ensemble teamwork.

High schoolers will be given an audition intensive, where they will be coached on selected pieces to prepare a stellar audition package. Students will leave with an understanding of slate, audition cuts, choosing appropriate pieces and confidence in their own work.

RAPRD Golf Classic
