
THE HUB POOL PROGRAM
DESCRIPTIONS
Recreation Swim is open to all ages, Children below 42” in height or aged 8 years and under must be accompanied and supervised in the water at all times who remains within arms reach by a responsible, paying patron 16 years or older.
Parent-Child Swim gives adults and children ages 6 and under time in the pool to explore the water and practice swimming skills together. Adult supervision in the water is required. Swim diapers are required for those who are not toilet trained.
Lap Swim is a designated pool time for swimmers who wish to swim continuous lengths for fitness, training, or personal exercise. Lanes may be assigned by ability or speed to ensure a smooth and safe swimming environment. Patrons should select lanes appropriate for their pace and adjust as needed. Follow circle‑swimming rules when more than two swimmers share a lane
Water Walking is a low‑impact aquatic fitness activity. That can can occur during designated times in the Lap pool and Leisure Pool
Independent Exercise time allows patrons to use the pool for personal fitness activities outside of structured classes. This may include stretching, gentle swimming, water walking, mobility work, or therapeutic movement. This generally occurs in the Leisure pool
