Great for those who have been sedentary or are returning to an exercise program.

Power Cut and PIYO

Power Cut—This class is designed to build strength and endurance covering all of the major muscle groups in one hour.  Grab a friend and join the party working out to great music challenging your muscles using bars, free weights, fitness balls and bands.  This class is like no other workout, you will definitely feel and see the results quickly.

PIYO—A dynamic standing /mat workout that blends the aspects of Chi-Gung, Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilate's.  This fun, energizing and inspiring workout infuses the use of body, breath and mind.  Whether you are looking to reduce stress, increase flexibility, muscular strength and endurance or just need to take time to find balance PIYO is the class for you.

All Classes will be held at Solid Rock

Both classes are continuous.
