Participant will develop skills in capturing subject likeness as well as enjoy creativity using pencil, charcoal, and pastel drawing materials. Text Box: Expressive Color Drawing Create expressive art in this fun course by exploring color, line, texture and movement using mixed media. Chalk, pastel, and charcoal are our base materials. Exercises include drawing with music, frottage with found objects, and abstracting nature. Supplies: Chalk pastel, oil pastel, charcoal, and large paper (or purchase from instructor for $20.00.)
