

We have a large variety of aerobic programs to offer individuals of all ages and fitness levels. The beauty of our programs is that you can drop-in on a class, try it out to see if that's a class for you or purchase a punch card or monthly pass and take a variety of classes to "mix-it-up" and keep yourself motivated. Fit Over 50 - for ages 50 and up this class is taught by certified trainer, Alicia Smith and incorporates strength training, core improvement, balance and stretching.
PIYO - A blend of Pilates and Yoga moves that will help your flexibility, strength, posture and your focus on the core. Flexibility is the most over looked element of fitness; make it a part of your schedule.
Powercut Plus - Grab your friends for a party! This weight lifting class uses free-weights, bands, fitness balls and great music to get you through an hour of head to toe muscle work. Every class is different. All levels welcomed.
Step Aerobics - for ages 14 and up, this class offers a fun choreographed cardio workout with the addition of abs strengthening.
Cardio Conditioning - Kick up your heart rate in this high energy class that includes various formats of cardio. You will truly be cross training with step, kickboxing and sports related intervals. Perfect for those who want to change it up.
Cardio Kickboxing - Jab, cross, hook and uppercut will be the terminology used to get your heart racing in this pre-choreographed martial arts based class. The focus of this class is cardiovascular endurance.
Zumba - The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: we want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.
Zumba Gold - Enjoy the Zumba program in a low impact format. Great class for those starting out, getting back into fitness, seniors and more. Add some Latin moves to your workout.
