Youth Fencing-Beginning Foil - Ages 15 and up. Explore the challenging and exciting sport of fencing offered by RAPRD with the training provided by Fencibles in Bend. Participants will be instructed in the basic footwork of fencing, blade work and tactics so you can enjoy the sport in a safe manner. Equipment will be provided. Click for details.

Acrovision Taekwondo - Ages 6 and up. Taekwon-Do class taught at the RAPRD Activity Center provides an opportunity for students to train in a complete martial arts system. This class provides an opportunity for students to learn respect, Korean culture, discipline, fitness, self-defense and provides a means for enhancing self-confidence. Home Beer Brewing - Ages 21 and up. Are you curious about brewing and want to give it a try? Brewing in small batches is quite easy and within reach of just about anyone interested in making a simple beer. These classes will introduce you to a minimalist's essential brewing knowledge and equipment. Click for details.

Ladies Night Out-Intro to Dry Brushing on Ceramic Bisque - Ages 11-adult. This class teaches ceramic dry brushing techniques on an appropriate bisque item of your choice up to $30 in value. Shabby Chic-Sea Shell or Woodlands Mirror/Frame - Ages 11-adult. This class teaches participants how to create a beautiful sea shell and dyed pearl mirror or woodlands lodge design. Intro to Low Fire Underglaze & Glaze on Ceramic Bisque - Ages 11-adult. This class teaches underglaze and glaze techniques on an appropriate bisque item of your choice up to a $30 value. Intro to Sand Painting on Ceramic Pottery and Bisque Tile - Ages 11-adult. Participants learn sand painting techniques on a pottery wheel spun item and a 4" tile. Students take home one set of 8 sand painting colors, two brushes and two finished items. Registration deadline is Monday, July 23rd. Click for details.

Adult Ballroom Dance - Ages 16 and up. Take some time for yourself and learn to move and groove. This weekly class will focus on six of the most popular ballroom dances including the ChaCha, East Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango and Waltz. All levels of dancers are welcome. Adult Ballroom Bootcamp - Ages 16 and up. This all day workshop will help to freshen up your ballroom moves and teach you new ones while perfecting your skills. The focus is on six of the most popular ballroom dances including the ChaCha, East Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango and Waltz. We will take a one hour lunch break - bring your lunch and socialize.
