Facilities

Redmond Area Park and Recreation District manages five facilities; the Cascade Swim Center, the RAPRD Activity Center, the High Desert Sports Complex, the Borden Beck Wildlife Preserve and Majestic Ridge. Through the efforts of staff, volunteers and the community at large RAPRD maintains these facilities with the purpose of providing recreational resources to the Redmond Area Community.

Cascade Swim Center

The Cascade Swim Center is located at 465 SW Rimrock Drive, Redmond, OR. For directions to the swim center please click on   CSC MAP . The swim center features:

 

RAPRD Activity Center

The RAPRD Activity Center is located at 335 Jackson Street, Redmond, OR.  Opened April 7, 2008, this facility offers a variety of indoor activities. For directions to the Activity Center please click on RAC MAP .

High Desert Sports ComplexThe High Desert Sports Complex is located at 1859 N.E. Maple Ave., Redmond, OR. For directions to the Sports Complex please click on HDSC MAP . The Sports Complex features:

Borden Beck Wildlife Park

Borden Beck Wildlife Preserve is a naturally protected area bordering the Deschutes River at Lower Bridge Crossing. Through the annual donations of the Beck family the preserve is maintained in its natural state for local residents to enjoy. The Borden Beck Wildlife Preserve is located five miles west of Terrebonne on Lower Bridge Road. For directions to the Wildlife Preserve please click on Preserve MAP . Tetherow Crossing

 

The Historical Tetherow Crossing is RAPRD's newest addition. Rich with history and natural beauty the property is truly a community asset. Development plans for the property are currently under consideration and we encourage and welcome your input.
