Choice Friday - Elementary

TOM MCCALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Spend the day with your park and recreation district as we dabble in art, explore science, musical activities and classes, gym games, nutrition and fitness, dance, sport clinics, sewing classes, martial arts and more. We have options for full day or 1/2 day participation at both Vern Patrick and Tom McCall Elementary. Lunch is included in the full day program.

Time:    Full Day: 7:30am – 6:30pm
Cost:    Full Day - $15.00 Half Day - $ 7.50
            Half Day: 7:30am – 1:00pm or 1:00 pm – 6:30pm
Discounts are available for additional children in the same household

Blue Dragons Martial Arts

Blue Dragons is a mixed martial arts program incorporating Chinese style martial arts, simple gymnastics and yoga. Learn basic stances, blocks, punches, kicks and self defense techniques. Learn the importance of formal exercise and take an active part in creating your own martial art forms (also known as katas). All classes are taught in a fun, creative and positive setting.

Session 1:    January 8th - February 5th (no class Jan. 22)
Session 2:    February 12th - March 12th (no class Feb. 19)
Session 3:   March 19th - April 16th (no class March 26)
Session 4:    April 23rd - May 14th
Day:             Friday
Cost:            $15.00
Grades K - 2nd        2:30-3:20PM
Grades 3rd - 5th      3:30-4:20PM

Please register early so we can plan fun activities for your child.
