CASCADE AQUATIC CLUB

If you want to be on a swim team, get exercise, and have fun then the Cascade Aquatic Club is for you! CAC operates year round providing youth swimmers with opportunities to travel, compete, develop new friendships, achieve goals and have fun! CAC promotes health and fitness as well as responsibility, commitment and sportsmanship among its members. If you are interested in trying out for the swim team join us at Cascade Swim Center on Fridays at 5:00 pm. CAC MISSION

To teach children and youth safety, competition and the fun of swimming. CAC is committed to providing an excellent program for children and teens ages 6-18. It is a year–round program that is split into two seasons. Short-course season runs from September through March and long-course season runs April through August. Achieving excellence is the result of striving each day to do better than the last.

WATER POLO TEAM

Redmond High traditionally fields strong boys and girls competitive water polo teams and CSC hosts a few games on site during the short fall season. If you are a high school student and interested in joining the water polo team, call the swim center for more information. This is for grades 9th thru 12th. Click for details.

PRE-COMP KIDS

The Pre-Comp program is an advanced level of the swim lesson program at CSC and a feeder program for the Cascade Aquatic Club. The Pre-Comp program is centered on learning swimming skills and distance. This program is open to children who can swim 1 length of crawl stroke with side breathing and 1 length of back crawl in a level position. Sign up now! Click for details.
