Volunteers

Many volunteering opportunities exist with the Redmond Area Park and Recreation District. From grant writing to coaching we appreciate all of the volunteers we are lucky enough to have. Realizing the demands on everyone's time is high we strive to work with our volunteers to accommodate their schedules.

RAPRD Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for volunteers for some of our events coming up:

July 4th - We will participate in the 4th of July parade. Volunteers are needed and as well if you would like to walk the parade with us you can stop by the Cascade Swim Center and sign the list.

July 10th - Smith Rock Race - This event begins early (6:15am). We need approximately 5 volunteers to help with the kids run. As well we need volunteers for the race. If you would like to volunteer for the Smith Rock Race please go to www.smithrockrace.com - when you sign up please mark the Redmond Parks Foundation as the charity you are volunteering for.

August 14th - 2nd Annual RAT Race. We need volunteers for the day of this event from 6:00am to 2:00pm or any portion of time you might have available.

September 4th - 2nd Annual RAPRD Community Picnic. We need volunteers to help serve food and coordinate field games. This event will be from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
